At its center, the Red Cross stands for humanity, neutrality, and our shared mission to protect life and promote health. The eight sided shield represents our strength, discipline, and readiness to respond in times of need. At the base, the Hand of Service shows our dedication to uplift lives and act with compassion. Encircling it, the Circle of Compassion symbolizes unity and the continuous commitment of Red Cross Youth members to serve with empathy and teamwork. Every part of this emblem reflects the values we live by “Care, Serve, Inspire, Lead” a promise carried by every Red Cross Youth member as we serve with heart, grow with purpose, and lead with integrity.
